I can see it coming off that way but I’m careful with how I lift. I haven’t injured myself in the past 7 months since starting, it’s just my left wrist feeling funny sometimes. Nothing serious. I eat what I need to eat, drink enough water, sleep, rest, etc.

After 12 months I was able to lift on bench only 120 lbs (55kg).
No gymmaxxing for shitty genetics
 
Were you training right and eating enough?
I had personal training and eating proteins as much grams as my kg body mass. Maybe I was doing it too rarely, twice a week
