What's your diet? I have similar height as yours but am 127lb. Can't escape my framletism even after gymmaxxing
I literally eat whatever, I can eat 10,000 calories in one day and it'll feel like I only ate 1000. I have a large appetite, I can lose weight extremely fast and gain weight extremely fast.
On a normal day I wake up
3 eggs, one loaf of bread (it's like a baguette) with 2 teaspoons of grass fed butter
Go to school and at school
1 baguette with ground beef, mayo, lettuce, and two or three pineapple juices on the side
Come home
2 baguettes with 6 teaspoons of grass fed butter with 2 eggs with a teaspoon of grass fed butter alongside a teaspoon of oil and a can of tomato paste (boiled)
sometimes I'll have a bowl of rice with a teaspoon of oil and a can of tomato paste (boiled to a soup)
Then come back from my walk
Eat a large bowl of cucumbers with vinegar and mustard, ground beef (almost half a bowl of it), a bowl of rice or half depending on how I'm feeling, orange juice with ginger, and some sort of curry if I'm feeling Indian
Sometimes for dessert
I'll have two handfuls of almonds or peanuts with fried bananas
