I'll be posting my weight often to keep track of it. I'm taking it slower than I usually would and making shit as easy as possible. I have 4 months to get to 180, thats my deadline. Only thinking about these 4 months. Almost 40lbs weight loss.

I've been muscular before but I think I just want to be skinny. I don't want to have to maintain a muscular physique.
 
What's your diet? I have similar height as yours but am 127lb. Can't escape my framletism even after gymmaxxing
 
Easiest and fastest way to lose weight is animal based/carnivore, no carbs. And only eat one large meal a day. Eat tons of animal fat. Don't care about calories or exercise.
 
Thats 2.5lbs lost a week, thats quite a bit, might want 2 do 2lbs a week and reach it in 5 mths

I literally eat whatever, I can eat 10,000 calories in one day and it'll feel like I only ate 1000. I have a large appetite, I can lose weight extremely fast and gain weight extremely fast.
On a normal day I wake up
3 eggs, one loaf of bread (it's like a baguette) with 2 teaspoons of grass fed butter
Go to school and at school
1 baguette with ground beef, mayo, lettuce, and two or three pineapple juices on the side
Come home
2 baguettes with 6 teaspoons of grass fed butter with 2 eggs with a teaspoon of grass fed butter alongside a teaspoon of oil and a can of tomato paste (boiled)
sometimes I'll have a bowl of rice with a teaspoon of oil and a can of tomato paste (boiled to a soup)
Then come back from my walk
Eat a large bowl of cucumbers with vinegar and mustard, ground beef (almost half a bowl of it), a bowl of rice or half depending on how I'm feeling, orange juice with ginger, and some sort of curry if I'm feeling Indian
Sometimes for dessert
I'll have two handfuls of almonds or peanuts with fried bananas

Unironically not far off from the truth. When I was animal based I lost almost 1 kg every other day. Lost 30 kg in 2-3 months.

Yea would probably be better and ud probably feel better as well i remember my last cut i was losing 2lbs a week and eventually it became torture

No carbs can cause (more) depression. I wouldn't advise it for an incel.

What is animal based? I'm trying to lose weight I am 265 lbs. and I should weigh 140 lbs.

My animal based diet when I lost a lot of weight was: Meat, butter, cheese, full fat Greek yogurt, eggs. Occasionally I ate some starchy vegetables for dinner such as parsnip and carrots but it's not important, you most likely lose weight faster without it. I guess it was more like carnivore diet.

A lot of times I would simply eat cheese and butter straight.

It's important to eat as much animal fat as you want, you should not care about calories.

After a while of eating this way you get into ketosis, ketosis is essential for burning body fat. In ketosis you never feel hungry, at most you get hungry once a day, some days you don't even eat cause you aren't hungry whatsoever. Your body becomes really good at using body fat for energy.
