Why are so many guys hitting on me?

I’m 19f and I’ve been working at this job for almost 4 months. And in that amount of time I’ve been hit on by 5 guys. And to add I’ve been hit on today by two guys during my shift. I don’t find myself super attractive but I feel like I’m kind of pretty. I guess I have a bubbly personality and I’m nice to every one. But I’ve met other people that are prettier and nice at my job but their not getting hit on at all or as much as me. I just don’t know what the difference is between me and them is. I know this is a strange thing to think about. But I just don’t understand
