it seemed to me that that decade was the peak of tradcuckism and gynocentrism. basically being treated like a second class citizen as a man, having to sacrifice, etc, while foids got off scot free and cruised through life.

it seems like the trends are changing this decade though? surely what's up must come down? it just sucks though that the 2010's was most of my youth though. i'm approaching my 30's now though as a khhv, so yea pretty sad that last decade was just trash for an unattractive male in society

2016 was the year everything started going downhill much faster tbh. Before the whole SJW madness (cancel culture, trannies, BLM, antifa) or political extremism from both sites was very marginal and everyone thought those people were crazy. But now not only it's a trend but it's also encouraged in the media kek. Also I've felt that since 2016 the world has become a much more cynical, aggressive and politicized place. Hell even meme culture that in the past was light hearted and silly (rage comics) now is just opinion wars (soyjak, Yes Chad, PCM memes, etc)

Trends are changing? I can't argue that the 2010s were any good. I definitely prefer them to now, but okay, they weren't perfect. But they were a damn sight better than 2021. In every conceivable way. I can't think of anything we have now that we didn't have as good or better than in the 2010s.

The first replies are correct. 2000-2010 decade showed the promising side of modern innovation while 2010-2020 turned it all on its head and gave us a hellish dystopia instead. And there's no reason to believe the 20s will be any better. Things will probably keep getting worse.

Anecdotally I want to say that, from the very start, Facebook and Instagram rubbed be very badly. I could just feel, deep down, that there is something truly evil brewing in them. And boy was it true.
