As someone who was an adult for both of those decades, I can assure you, I was as much an incel then as I am now. Foids were exactly the same in behavior as they are now.

In the 1990s-2000s (I would argue that after the crash of 2008 all started go to shit) you would have a much better time as an Incel, and you have a better chance interecting with normies and with w0men, since interections were much more forgiving then they are today.
