I guess it depends what I could do with the mana!

50% damage resistance sounds OP, but then again pierce damage is a possibility so it really depends on what kind of build you are working with at the end of day, I would probably ultimately pick the mana since it's more universally good.

I'm only a few years away from becoming a wizard so I think the 200 mana would be most useful for me, I can just use spells to gain a temporary 50% damage resist anyway
