the ussr one reminds me to much of brutalist architecture. Germany one looks like weirdly shaped roman inspired building with the columns.
The architectural style for the Soviet pavilion is art deco I believe. I don’t think brutalism emerged until after WW2

Germany just for that Eagle, it represent the Germanic desire to go beyond their potentials and the mightiness of it from what I can interpret rather than the woman and the man holding sickle and hammer side by side.

Besides the German eagle, I think the sculptures have similar themes, but are very different. The German sculptures show Aryan men and women united for their race, while the Soviet sculptures show a proletarian man and woman united for their class.
