You know sometimes the best streaks I've gotten has been when I don't think about it too much.
It's impossible to avoid all factors and temptations but just accepting they will appear, I must say I take antidepressants in my case they completely numb me so its an advantage.

Idk, I've tried nofap for like 2 months and can't say that it brought me many benefits. If you feel better then keep on doing it, if not then stop. That is my advice. In order to last for so long I basically rarely used the internet. Less than 30 minutes each day. Not very practical nowadays, but if you are a bookcel then you c an cope by reading.
