The fundamental problem is that more male are born than females. WIth our current technology, we could already solve this, with IVF the parents can select the gender of the child, so the solution is easy.

Every clinic should only make females, this way we can skew the natural ratio. If we go from 105-100 to 100-105, just reverse it, everyone would get a pair. Female surplus doesn't count because we know foids like to be in a harem, so it would be a win-win.

The government should ban male IVF until the ratio reaches the expected value. What do you think of this solution?

Why shouldn't we reproduce when we're old? I made posts debunking that in this thread. If I were a Chad, I'd start having children now and keep making them until my wife became infertile. I want to have at least 10 children.

At that age you start physically getting weaker, you get back pain and other illnesses, you have less patience for kids. I just say it's not ideal, but if you ask me if want it as a law, I would accept it anyway, it would increase our chances. A plus for us is that at 40 everyone looks worse

more men than women are born in every country, but in some countries with high median age, more females are alive in a given moment, because of higher male mortality. in the world, however, there are more males than females alive, overall. and way more men under 40 years old. substantial female surplus in old age.

in Finland in 2025 at about age 60 years old there are equal amount of men and women (it has crept up and up, mainly because of emigration and immigration). in all cohorts below that, more men. worst imbalance occurs just in my age group, men in their thirties, because Finland has native females emigrating almost at double the rate compared to native men and foreign men coming in more than foreign women. and most immigrants immigrate when they are young and there has been big increase in immigration in recent years.
