Serious Yesterday I went borderline insane , went to sleep then had bad dreams

Jfl. I can’t even dream about something positive . I haven’t even dreamed about talking to a foid for more than 3 months. I only ever get bad dreams. I wake up multiple times in the middle of the night angry at something that happened in my dreams. Then I realise it’s a dream then go back to sleep and the cycle repeats. lol I can’t escape JFL.
