Here is one of the former communist Romania's leaders, like him or not, he had a based policy which banned all birth control and limited greatly abortion. The result? A great increase in babies born, revitalizing the next generation.

Through a combination of Romania's postwar modernization, high participation of women in the workforce, and a low standard of living, the number of births significantly decreased after the 1950s, reaching its lowest recorded level in 1966. Romanian leaders interpreted the decreasing number of births to be a result of the 1957 decree that legalized abortion.[citation needed] To counter this sharp decline in the birth rate, the Communist Party decided that the country's population should be increased from 20 million to 30 million inhabitants. In October 1966,[1][2] Decree 770 was personally sanctioned by Ceaușescu. Abortion and contraception[citation needed] were declared illegal, except for:

To enforce the decree, society was strictly controlled. Contraceptives were removed from sale and all women were required to be monitored monthly by a gynecologist.[3]: 6  Any detected pregnancies were followed until birth. The secret police kept a close eye on hospital procedures. Sex education was refocused primarily on the benefits of motherhood, including the ostensible satisfaction of being a heroic mother who gives her homeland many children.

The problem was, Romania simply did not had the resources and resulted in lots of babies abandoned into daycares.

Anyway, abortion ban brought up many women resorting to risky methods which could result in their deaths - good! We need natural selection to take out those psychopaths who don't want to have kids.

With modern planning and AI technology, we can partially correct the problems of poor childcare, maybe even bringing in foreign workers (if necessary) on the condition that they could not have a child with a local, and if so, would not be given citizenship.

Also, with modern genetic testing, the corpse of the baby could be tested to trace it back to the mother, therefore, we can harshly punish her.

in Finland there used to be extra tax for non-married, childless men past age 24. Which is veeery unfair, since there are simply not enough women for every man because, in Finland, only at age about 60 (the cut-off age goes up and up as more immigrant men come each year and more native women emigrate) there are equal number of men and women, below that age more men, especially in ages 23-35. there are many cities in finland where there are 4 women for every 5 men (ages relevant to child-making). Though the sex ratio was much better then than now. it was in effect from 1935 to 1975. there should be similar measures/taxes/penalties for women, but not for incel men. For tall and good-looking men, there should be penalty for not being married (and sex outside marriage prohibited)
