I'm 6'0 (but that's normal for my country), white (but that's also normal for my country), have a university degree and a job but still no chance with women because I am ugly and autistic. And no, just having a job doesn't mean you are NT enough for women because at least in my case, some of my strangeness is accepted because I sometimes deliver good work and I get some "special treatment" ... If you are not looking good enough OR are really charming then it's a big problem. Maybe some women accept one of these defects, but definitely not both.
