One thing about acne. I want to try to solve it without meds, but by cutting out carbs and grains, because they have toxins which detox through nose and face.
I also want to try height maxxing, I am in deep twenties, but that guy Dennis Raney who wrote the book, said he started at an age in his twenties, so maybe it will work. I will cope for a year and see for myself.
