The way they made his charecter is as if a IT user was told to make a charecter for the game so they just made what they imagine an incel to be like

In game he is the same height as everyone else because they were too lazy to change his model but he is meant to be very short and obviously he is deformed too So he is like a caricature of an incel
I still like the character though because the shit he does just makes you uncomfortable so He works well with the vibe of the game
