If you save your NEETbux for surgery, you can probably afford it in your mid-forties, by which time you've lost your youth and you're past your prime, so getting surgery at that point is useless.

As for "ascenscion", it doesn't exist for incels. If you "ascend" you were never incel to begin with, you were just a failed normie. It's impossible for an incel to truly ascend. The closest thing to ascension for incels is betabux which requires money, hence you need a job.
