Its not some sort of have or have not thing as if there are only two possibilities and if you can talk to people then you dont have “real autism”. Some people have extremely low functioning autism, which is what you seem to be describing, having trouble speaking, writing, expressing yourself, etc. Some people are high functioning, and some people are somewhere in the middle, and some people have an entirely different problem with social interaction altogether.

This is not to mention that being NT and being able to write well structured, well formed essay length posts are not at all strongly connected. NT people, as im sure you have noticed, are not exactly geniuses. They are in the average range of intelligence, which means they cannot write well or form their thoughts into cohesive well structured paragraphs. If you want to see how NT people write, just read the front page of reddit or go on facebook.

You are only describing the most severe cases. It's not about whether you can make friends or not, it's about internal issues with aspects of socializing such as reading and expressing non-verbal communication (like understanding facial expressions or expressing emotions appropriately), dealing with background sensory stimuli (getting distracted because all the sounds blend in together while multiple people are talking in a group and you can't follow their conversation) obsessive interests about obscure topics (like my obssession with autism), extreme dependence on routines (routines fall apart when there's a change and extreme distress such as meltdowns), motor skills issues(difficulty with sports, handwriting, drawing, tying knots etc), issues with visual spatial skills (80% of aspies meet criteria for NLVD) or verbal skills many autistics have trouble with language.

I have all these issues to varying degrees and it affects my daily functioning, multiple psychologists have agreed that I am on the autistic spectrum and could see noticeable irregularities in my social skills .

Some autistic males are so high functioning, good looking enough and intelligent that they have a job, friends, sex life and even get married and have kids. But everyone in their life can see their peculiarities after getting to know them, most importantly they underperform NT's with the same level of capabilities and looks when it comes to social, sexual and financial success.

If you're seeing a bunch of spergs at some kind of facility you're seeing the low functioning ones that have to live in a place run by some organization as they're unable to live independently. If they didn't have that they would of roped.

You know more than someone in the profession that for a job deals with those on the spectrum? Someone that had to pass certification to be able to operate in that field, assessing a wide assortment of ASD, each with their own peculiarities.

So tell me about your NT life, got a job? Had a partner ever? Been with a hooker?
Got a passport & go on holiday abroad, do you have friends? Do you prefer solitude away from everyone or need to interact with others? Does interacting with ppl fire you up or tire you out? Can you sit & do your hobby for hours on end with no boredom, how's your eye contact bud? Understand body language? Any anxiety being around ppl, do you find the Smalltalk ppl say to be boring & don't give any input as it's meaningless? Do you start conversations?
