You have to give Nintendo credit for the amount of creativity they have in milking fans of their shekels

In 2016/2015 BOTW originally was going to have features on the Wii U tablet where you could access a map. They removed the feature because they didn't want it to have an advantage over the switch version. Now, years later, Nintendo has added back the content they removed, replaced the tablet with a special app you'll have to pay a premium for, and made it exclusive to switch 2 so the switch 2 version has more features than the switch 1. Honestly, hilarious.

Switch 2 is ridiculous with monetization. The Welcome Tour is $10. If consoomers want to pay, so be it.

It's the only thing they have to live for in-between their wageslaving. Jfl

Without compelling first party games Switch 2’s momentum will begin to stall.

Mario Kart is a supporting cast member or supporting player and co-star type of game.

It’s not the true type of Nintendo killer app that truly moves consoles off of store shelves like Mario and Zelda etc, etc.

I'm wondering if Nintendo is pushing it too far with Switch 2, because Mario Kart is really just a mindless party game. There's nothing but that and ports like Cyberpunk that only Nintendo fanboys are going to buy for $70. It's a blatant cash grab without any substance so far, and it's not bringing anything new from the old Switch other than less outdated specs.

Nintendo is just being particularly exploitative of the fact that ever since the 7th generation of consoles there's not really that much of a reason for you to switch up consoles like you could previously (i.e. N64 > PS2 > Xbox 360) since especially now you get to keep your previous libraries, so now most people are pigeonholed with their consoles. Since they can't just hop over to the alternative - which frankly they couldn't anyways since Nintendo's biggest asset is their first party games - consoomers just have to suck it up.
I wonder how much the pricing is a turn off for casual buyers.

Nintenyearolds games seem lazy and dated. They have the quality of a 5-10 person team (pokemon) but they are multi billionaires

Japanese men don't get to have sex do to their small Asian micro-penises, so they spend all their time developing their infrastructure, advancing technology and finding a way to re invent industries, same reason but in the inverse why niggers still live in dirt huts. :feelskek:

I disagree. Mario Kart is even bigger than Zelda or mainline Mario for normies. It's constantly sold better than these games on each system. Yes, some of that has to due with bundles, but even outside of bundles Mario Kart is immensely popular along with Smash Bros. Unfortunately, I don't think switch 2 will flop. Nintendo has established themselves as a premium gaming console and markets themselves towards adults with disposable income now. Even if it sells less in the long term, they'll make more of a profit due to the increased price of games and accessories.

I doubt it honestly. It's probably a turnoff to families who Nintendo isn't interested in marketing towards anymore because they're such a minority of their consumer base.

They'll probably shit out some low effort ports on switch 1 to milk people who can't afford to upgrade of their shekels. Only logical since switch 1 has one of the largest userbases of any console since the PS2.

botw is trash
What's funny is I emulated it on my phone for free, got bored, and deleted it. It wasn't even worth playing for free jfl.

I'd rather play skyward sword or twilight princess despite those games having obnoxious filler.

That's their strategy. Low budget games so they can yield big prophets. I'm just surprised Mario kart and donkey Kong look so low budget. Usually they'd place extra effort into such games

Only the Aonuma parts such as the puzzle shrines and breakable weapons.

The core of the game was good to decent however but highly watered down sadly.

Which is why I refer to it as a watered down version of Skyrim.

The Shitch 2 quite literally has less exclusives and worse exclusives than the lackluster PS5 had on launch. It will easily sell 100+ million units due to the millenial manchildren

Skyrim is more of a Zelda game because the dungeons are larger and more labyrinthian. The main point of Zelda has always been the dungeons. The overworld in 1 was added as an after thought.

consoomers will find a way to get scammed no matter what. At some point you just ought to give them a good bitch slap on the face and make them see their own stupidity.
