At lower dosages, its pointless. DXM causes mild nausea similar to shrooms so I wouldnt bother with a dosage less than 3rd plateau aka when you start to actually trip. Upper 2nd plateau maybe, if its your first time. Go on dexcalc.com to find dose for your weight.
