You guys ever get scared to do job interviews?

I had to do one today. Thankfully I had my mask on the whole time, but I still have a lazy eye that I can't hide. Do any of you guys have a fear of doing job interviews, and has it affect you getting a good job at some point?

I'm doing interviews right now, trying to get a higher paying job. Zoom interviews really fucking suck. I have trouble maintaining eye contact with people even through web video.

Yes, I have a fear of job interviews. I also am just completely exhausted of them. After a decade of near constant job hunting, with little to no success, mind you, I'm just kind of tired of it all and never want to touch another job application ever again.

I always got nervous, but at the end of the day i've never gotten the job so whatever. at this point i don't even send resumes anymore
