Discussion You can change one thing about your genetics, what would it be?

As said in title. In my case I was debating between 3 things:
1) hair (have norwood 0)
2) type of skin (no more acne)
3) my ugly nose

I came to a conclusion that the first one would be most influential, also acne while burdensome can be rather effectively battled + my teen type of skin means it will not age too badly.

As for the nose theoretically you can correct it so choosing that would be rather wasteful which made decide to wanting to change my hair genetics and keep the norwood 0 forever.
