I have a useless degree. Every attempt I make to careermaxx fails utterly. One time I started doing door to door solar panel sales (talk about getting out of your comfort zone, knocking on strangers' houses is nerve-racking as fuck). I did everything right. My manager was so impressed by my pitch he said it gave him chills(in a good way). But despite my pitch being literally perfect according to my manager, i couldn't make any sales at all. Then some blond chad joins several months after me and starts making sales hand over fist without even trying and within a year he's making 6 figures. I thought at least If i could get rich then maybe I could compensate for my looks somewhat but as it turns out, looks and social connections are literally everything in careers as well and I don't have either of those nor are they things I can get.
