Some people just don't suffer, this minority finds disease (even mental) and unattractiveness disgusting and revolting. They will not interact with you because you revolt them. That is the biggest privilege of all, to be able to point and laugh at those suffering and then tap out when it's convenient.

I've always wondered how people think we come to the ideals we do, it's because of immense cruelty faced into our direction because we weren't born with the privilege of being a human with rights because of physical appearance or neurodivergence. Our crime is just being born disgusting, we had no choice.
