As someone rightly pointed out in the comments, words change thier meaning & can have multiple meanings. And also, incel is an insult. But not because it's associated with misogyny, but because it refers to some negative (and sometimes unfixable) condition, in much the same vein as "downie" or "amputee" or "retard" or "HIV positive nigger" can be used as an insult depending on the context.
