You pick it up and pull out the cork to see what it looks like inside. The inside glows a bit and a wave of luminescent dust swirls around you then flies about 10 feet away from you and manifests into the form of a beautiful woman.
For freeing the spirit she becomes your companion.
She is a spirit that only you can see and she can shapeshift into the most attractive woman you can think of. Yes you can physically touch her including kiss and have sex. She is free use. She doesn't get a period and can't get pregnant.
But nobody else can see her. To everyone else you will look like a nutjob talking to thin air if you're caught interacting with her in public.
She can't grant wishes, but she will be 100% loyal and emotionally supportive to you and you only. Although she is able to heal you and any injuries/scars you have.
But if you're caught talking to her people will know you as a schizo.
She can interact with the physical world.
She can protect you.
If you pass away, you spend your afterlife with her in paradise.
She is always with you 24/7, but she'll wait for you when you need to use the bathroom or whatever.
Now, how close she is depends on the situation. She's not gonna annoy you by constantly standing exactly next to you 24/7. She will act like a person.
She is very lenient with you and forgiving.
But...
If you break her heart, she runs away crying and you never see her again. The sake bottle will have a crack going through the heart painted on it and when you pick it up again it will shatter.
