I cook my own food and most of it is healthy. I eat a lot of eggs, meat, fish, and low starch vegetables. Unhealthy food makes me feel like shit. I avoid sugar. I don't eat out much.

I'm a goyslop guy. Yesterday I had a takeout pizza from Big Brand NameTM.
So you're telling me the only way to not be slopping is to cook completely from home, or eat out everyday? I can't afford the second, and I'm too regularly depressed and tired to prepare home food. Brutal.
I imagine when I get older this diet will make me really fat. Oh well.
