Ok so just had a weird feeling so I'm gonna tell you how to have it too
Step 1: lie down if you're not already
Step 2: put your legs in a kinda frog position, so your feet are touching each other but your legs are apart.
Step 3: use your hand (I am using my left) to reach down to your crotch area
Step 4: find the hard ligament bone thing (not your penis). As long as you're not fat, you'll feel it stick out a little from your leg as it merges crotch area to thigh.
S tep 5: go along to (my left, because we're doing it on the left leg) just a little from the crotch area so that it's not so pronounced.
Step 6: stretch your jaw and tighten your muscles by opening your mouth as wide as it can go, making a slight smile, and opening your eyes wide

Step 6.5: move your finger forward a little bit, maybe a few millimetres, so that it's no longer resting on the bone/tendon whatever.
Step 7: push down with a medium amount of force, then move your finger forward while still pushing down. Feels weird, huh? It's important that you feel that rolling sensation that you're going over an artery or whatever it is.
Step 8: if you're not, then travel along the bone/ligament/tendon thing and experiment with different amounts of force as you push down and forward
