I take almost 3 naps a day
1. Waste of time, I already waste 8hrs of my life sleeping everyday, why add to that
2. Maybe I'm not old enough yet, but i'm never tired enough during the day to fall asleep, I have too much energy. That will likely change with age.

Because of this thread I came home from class, ate 6 hotdogs and then took a 5 hour nap
i wish i could take a comfy little nappy but if i lay down to sleep tired i will just wake up 8-10 hours later

i like nqps but my naps are usually like 4-5 hours so it fucks my whole life up cuz then i cant sleep for work or if i nap on the weekends then my whole weekend goes by without m doing anything and that makes me sad for monday and i have no energy at work since i didnt recover/recuperate
