For that you'll have to PM @SergeantIncel, @Master and or possibly even ol @knajjd.

All I can recommend you do or rather "try" in the meantime is logging in and out, deleting cookies and cache and trying different versions of the site's appearance/looks themes and seeing if the one you were using previously was glitched as maybe a different one lets you do the things you want to do?

A lot of users have actually reported that happening ie it doesn't work for them for a long time then suddenly starts working again out of nowhere. Very odd.
