I have been saying this for 2 years now and still saying it. Its only now that more NATO weapons production is coming online and its still not that much. But factories and supply chains are being scaled up with funding. The contracts are being signed now.
The next step I think for this is China pumping big time amounts of weaponry to Russia. It looks like North Korea is sending a lot of weaponry now to Russia, don't underestimate the North Koreans, its still a country of 25 million NE Asians and the NE Asians are the best at manufacturing. China and Russia can give North Korea the money and anything it needs to scale production of armaments.
The reason the Russians aren't scaling up their military faster imo is they don't have the weapons production behind it to scale faster than they are.
