Germany winning WW1 would've only delayed the inevitable downfall of monarchical systems of government; degeneracy would've prevailed in the end. Germany winning WW2 would've breathed new life into western civilization, sparking a new renaissance and stamping out the opposition to progress once and for all. So I choose WW2.
