The top smaller hole is the urethra that's connected to the bladder and that's where urine comes out.

The bottom larger hole is the vaginal opening and that's where penetration and childbirth takes place.

Unlike men which has only one opening on the top of the penis both for urine and ejaculation.

As for female "ejaculate" there's a gland that some women have that squirts when she orgasms. It's called the Skene's gland.
