wtf the back of my ears smell weird

i don't know why, but the back of my ear was ithcing a bit (probably becuase i wear headset most of the time)

So naturally i scratched it and i felt some dead skincells coming off, and I could smell it. it smelt weird. A little unclean. Which is strange because I showered thoroughly this morning. do I have a skin condition?

The only mistake I made today and yesterday was going on coke bender and not being able to sleep all night. (fuck that night was horrible,, i legit hate myself so much for this, i'm considering throwing away all my coke, fuck that miserable drug)
