Thats the thing, its only "flirting" when chad does it. Women would never make it so easy/straightforward for a non-chad male. Even upper tier normies are fucked.
It's not something you do consciously. Your desire is supposed to guide you.
A lot of it is about eye contact. When there is mutual attraction, the male and female often glance at each other, and sometimes they do it at the same moment, then there is eye contact and it's like a electric choc down the spine, and the heart suddenly race. Or there is lots of maneuvering, dancing around each other, trying to see and be seen by the other, without making it too obvious, until it does become very obvious.
It's not like there is a protocol, it's really supposed to be instinctive. Problem is you need to be high T for it to work and you can't if you fap to porn, for instance.
Oh and of course you also must not be a sub8 nowadays.

The gist of it is pretty much you see a girl you like and you go up to talk to her or something to that. Then you like make jokes or something like that to try and reel her in which would be a form of flirting.
For example, in a game like Mass Effect, you would say something that might be a double innuendo and then if the girl likes you they might flirt back.
I would assume it works the same way in the real world if the girl finds you attractive.
I'm sure actual dating sims would have a better example than something like Mass Effect, but I don't play dating sims.

Exactly. Trying to flirt as an incel just comes off as harassment because that's exactly what it is.
