I think the problem is that some people are ignoring that your behavior factors in in your "looks" as well. Women only see the surface of things, so if you "act" strange, that takes points away from your attractiveness, where as if you act normal than everything is fine (which explains why they constantly miss psychopathy).
With that said, i think what makes people skeptical is the fact by definition mentalcels create their own inceldom, but in order to call a mentalcel a fakecel you have to show you understand what it's actually like to have autism and other problems of that kind.
