I used to write poetry when I was younger but I wrote love songs to the girl I liked and of course she refused me and I grew to hate poetry. I started writing again and made a blog about it. It really helps when you write your feelings out. I recommend you lads to try it as well.(it doesn't even have to be good or anything, mine sucks too). I feel sadness leaving my body as I write this.

Im deadly serious. And i in my modesty can claim that i understand poetry very well having read a lot of poets such as Baudelare Rimboud and many other.
It doesnt matter how you did it since you have written brilliant poems.

I am not a native english speaker but I can articulate somehow. I have a large vocabulary and I just express my thoughts in the format of the poem. Try doing it tbh.
