Serious wrist size question

Hey wristcel experts, what is the minimum cutoff in cm or inches for wrists to be considered small, I'm curious.

Just measured, 17cm.

yeah my wrists are similar except a lot hairier. I still don't think it's too bad tbh. just 3 cm below average
