I don't think I'd want to fuck her in monster form, but I don't see why that should stop us from fucking her in loli form.
I think the question is, what if you're about to coom inside her and then she goes into monster-mode at the last second to fuck with your head? That's probably something in-character for her, NGL it would be a worry for me.

In the comic she hadn't actually tried out yet, so her monster form was a surprise to everyone. They changed this in the cartoon adaptation, where she states she already tried out but he hadn't seen it. That's why everyone looks terrified when Rex-Splode is shit-talking Amanda: they'd already seen her MG transformation.
They kept the "just the arm" and "invincible gets criticized for hitting a little girl" joke stuff intact, but not him calling her ugly.
Only diff with arm is in the comic you see "just the arm" at the end, not the opening: in the comic she opens by changing her head/torso first.
Rex is actually ruder in the toon: his "isn't there an age requirement for this ride" comment is directed at the crowd (he doesn't even look at her) whereas in the comic he stays kneeling down and making eye contact while saying that.
They also cut out the part where he asks if her parents dropped her off (she answers her mom did) and asking her name (she gives MG) and the meaning of her name (she offers to show him).
In the comic MG is a lot more violent because after transforming (which would've been enough to show her powers) she punches him purely because of his rude speech even as he is backing away from a kneeling into a sitting position.
They try to justify her violence more in this animated adaptation by having Rex take out his weapon when he gets angry about the dick comment.
Despite the changes I don't know if I'd say Amanda is more sexual in the toon though, because in the comic she actually ogles Rex's ass and later tries to proposition Rex later for sex. Forget which issues those happened in, I know Robot berates her about it though:

I can understand why you might be confused viewing this scene in isolation, but I read the comic this toon was based on years ago which makes it very clear when they show her origin story.
Basically she starts out like a deplorable Stacy making out with gypsyChad and his gramma gets piss and curses her.
She basically develops a soul though: she hates regressing in age (wants a stacy body to fuck chads) but is willing to regress into a loli body as the cost of being able to save people in danger using her monster form.
The hilarious thing is this wouldn't be a burden at all if you weren't a selfless hero, once you actually learn to control the transformations.
You could basically, if you hate being in monster form, just have it be something you do occasionally to maintain whatever ideal age you desire and be immortal.
The only problem is that you would be obligated to be younger than your ideal age if you needed to use your powers to survive dangerous situations, which is still better than dying.
