Are you asking if I would rather ascend or have real friends that care about me, who I can be close with and relate to, then I would definitely choose the latter. I have long given up trying to attract a female because with my genetics it is impossible.

What I will say is this...
If the friends option meant real friends as in people that are trustworthy, loyal and honest and who you could love and appreciate like family (assuming your idea of family is a good one based on positive personal experience) then I just may choose the large amount of friends option over being a Chad.
Acquaintance "friends" are fucking useless as they are fleeting and untrustworthy.
I never ever wanted a friend or friends like that who you just laugh and bullshit with but can't count on to stick by you when the chips are down.
My standards have always been the absolute highest when it comes to friendships which is why I only have precisely two people who I can call true friends in my life.
They are like brothers to me.
