Depends on location, culture, foids, and competition. I'm okay being 5'8'' if handsome face, for instance. Though at 5'0'', will a handsome face be enough, especially if you lived in California? Don't think so.

5'2 is turbomanlet. If you're at bottom 16.5-33% you're pretty much a manlet. Less than that and you're entering turbomanlet category.

That would be naive, remember that not everyone lives in the same country, a manlet in US would be turbomanlet in Netherlands and an average dude in netherlands is tall everywhere else.
