tbh ,everything else is just drawn out and painful.The only reason i'm not dead is because i've been brainwashed from childhood by abrahamic religon and regardless of whichever one of the three you believe in.The punishment of suicide is eternal suffering. I wouldn't kill myself, but if things got that bad, I'd either blow my brains out or take something that would kill me in an instant, you know painless in the sense of "pure black", feeling nothing basically as it happens like when you sleep, you don't know your asleep, but it happens, pitch black and utter darkness, no daeomns or angels, or beings of higher places fighting for control over dumb bullshit that doesn't involve you. Just pure black bliss.

Well if I could take a drug that kills me in an instant, or anything so long as it produces the result of being in a state where you are about to sleep, but as you do it just happens, I don't know really, but if it comes to it, I'd let God have me in rest so I can leave.

In so far as I know, nowhere, but sleep provides this. That and you can just block out your emotions little by little, add some stoic aphorism and eventually achieve what Spock did in his Kolinahr, basically purging himself of all emotion.
