I can tell you, as a 2-12 yr old living in such a country, most of that stuff didn't even matter. I had other kids in the neighborhood and we would get together and play baseball on the street. We would play games on the street. Also, we had computer cafes albeit with computers running Windows95 in the yr 2004 at the time
