Honestly I'd accept this scenario for a couple reasons.

Getting rid of autism alone would help my life quality a ton but I'm surprised you included this as a part of this. Also I would have a ton of time to try moneymax and I think I could save myself with surgery combine that with the fact that surgeries will likely get better and more advanced in the future (praying for leg lengthening surgery to not cost 100k+ and fuck up your mobility in the future)

Even with my current looks being able to stay looking 20 forever would be great, I hate the thought of seeing myself get older. And there will hopefully be some new good copes to look forward to as technology advances. Though anything much longer than 300 years would be far too much and I think I'd just get sick of it even if my life was good.
