Just something I was thinking about, if I had an encounter with dangerous animals like that would it even be worth running? Sure it would be a bloody miserable end and I’d see my organs be ripped out. But it beats even more decades of hell doesn’t it? And if there’s no people around, then you can rest assure that you’re going to die and have no chance of survival. You only get eaten by the lions once, but you’ll be here suffering on earth until your 60s, every day wishing for death.
