It's happened a couple of times. Well, not fully naked but they have seen my ass/junk. My body isn't that bad, just hella small yet proportional so I'm only mildly uncomfortable. The biggest issue is my height then face. Not body or dick size.

Yeah the long-term nurses literally behave like high schoolers and I avoid them as much as I can, cliques and all.
You would be surprised at how little they actually think about you at all though, no need to acknowledge a random patient when they know they have Chad waiting for them at the end of their shift.
