On one hand, if it is a situation that does not put me in immediate danger I would because people should at least try to build a high-trust society.
On the other hand, this could quickly turn into an accusation of attempted sexual assault by a stranger by a bystander or the person you are trying to help could also randomly decide you are a potential sexual predator and then you would be in deep shit from the social consequences. All it takes is an accusation of this sort of thing and then most people will assume its true.
