Was thinking more live action than animation. But sure, Anime can be a good suggestion too. Thanks.

Basically its a film about a shut in who is doomed but then some girl pops out of nowhere and tries to get him out of his shut in lifestyle. As incel i can relate to everything in there, it's pretty dark comedy.

Except in real life a girl would not go near a shut in Incel.

That's true an incel can only dream about it. But this anime digs deep into issues with a hikkomori/shut in lifestyle and how it affects people. Really nice dark humor.

I remember watching a 2d Mongolian soap opera and there was a chinese incel but he was only in three episodes.  He fell in love with this woman that gave him a psychic ability that he couldn't turn off so he ALWAYS hearing everyone's thoughts except for her's.  It ended up driving him insane.  Not a bad looking guy and he was somewhat tall so he was just a mentalcel for sure.  The woman abandoned him so that she could hang out with a 17 year old 10/10 popular chad who was also an ex prince, and use his credit card to order Pizza Hut everyday.  She ended up killing the chinese incel because he was pretty much going to go ER and nearly killed the Chad's sister.

I think it was called boku no pico.

Taxi Driver is one of the big incel classics

watch ASAP if not done so before

Nathan for You.

Watched it. It is brilliant and hilarious. Thanks.

I watched one episode, only. Have not seen anything that would suggest the guy is incel. Will keep watching. It is a great show either way

Welcome to the nhk is normie tier stuff and satou even had his senpai who had a crush on him. This guy is the real deal as at least satou even in the manga(which is darker) got his waifu. Takuro's ending even shits on him and he gets beaten by some strong independent woman cunt who takes away his waifu and he gets kicked out of his parents house.

https://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=7055
A story set in the near future, about a middle-aged loser whose only refuge is a virtual bishoujo game.

Takuro, the main character, is a stereotyped, low self esteem, adult male in a dead end job. Because he feels he has nothing to live for, he let himself go, becoming fat, miserable, and lonely.

You will see, he makes it vary clear and some times that's the center point of the jokes.

One Hour Photo.

Another vote for Taxi Driver as well.

"Sex is Zero" is a Korean gag comedy movie about a group of college incels. Some super duper cringe moments in there, but pretty funny-sad overall.

Alot of incels like the series Dexter

Main character is not at all incel but has a hatred of normies that many incels relate to

Nothing ITT posted so far compares to this

In season one he was something between incel and volcel. Sort of a mentalcel.

I liked the series in the first seasons, while he was still just a psychopath coping with his mental illness. Later on he was turned into some sort of vigilante and that ruined the show.

Season 1 was possibly the worst for me, I would maybe recommend ppl skip it, or just watch the last half episodes maybe

I like this episode from ghost in the shell I got the pic in my signature from. Full of references to taxi driver. Dude in my pic with the gun is a war veteran plotting revenge, always having these daydreams about shootings etc. Then they investigate him. And the "punchline" of the whole episode then is that he's actually a harmless loser who won't do shit and who only copes with his violent revenge fantasies, and instead he'll just continue to LDAR IRL.

Its the 2nd episode of SAC 2nd gig

Complete and utter let down

If you're open for foreign movies and subtitles: Virgin Mountain.

Only believable incel character I've ever seen in a movie.

Happiness is a great movie. The dude is more blackpilled than most of us and looks like a true incel.

Phil Hoffman's character is Incel as fuck as well. Have you seen any of Todd Solondz's other films? Welcome To The Dollhouse is really good (in spite of the female central character): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h2vsd-DYWt0. And I dig Dark Horse, which is about a 35 year old Incel still living at home with his parents who has fucked up his entire life, which I can relate to: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-60t-L9Zdqc (hugely misleading trailer, but then they always are).

Just came back to thank you. Nathan For You is really great. Took a few episodes then the incel thing was clear.

Love it too. Might whatch it again today.

Have you seen the trailer they made before they actually made the film?

Most of the actors are the same, if I remember well.

Hunchback of Notre Dame. Incel loses and Chad gets the female

Bufallo 66. Its about a failure who gets out of prison kidnaps a women to show his parents that he has actual a girlfriend. Later in the movie he says that girls called him a creep and never had a girlfiriend.

He was crying in the bathroom etc i felt his pain. Anyhow the girl who he kidnapped started to like him so yeah thats the shitty part but its not that big of a deal.
The maincharacter is a chad tho, pleasent to look at but for some frustrating.
Look at my signature he says it all. (Its from the movie)

Brazil kinda.

ilieknothing mentioned it already, but Hunchback of Notre Dame is definitely one of my favorites.

Quasimodo spends his life longing to be a normal part of society but can't since he's ugly, his only "friends" at the beginning are inanimate objects and his abusive foster father. When he finally gets courage to step outside, he gets publicly humiliated.

And most importantly, he doesn't get the girl in the end - Chad does.

I suppose Nineteen Eighty-Four starring the late Sir John Hurt - to an extent. Winston Smith was an incel for years (had a loveless marriage) before meeting Julia. The way Orwell wrote about his angst in the book will resonate with incels. Sadly, none of us will ever have an FHO give us a note saying 'I love you'.

I recommend Survivor season 35 on CBS. Here is a screenshot of Ryan, height/framecel.

The foot bridge scene in American Splendor seems to be taken down but here is a still from it along with a song within the movie from a very different part that is itself not all that bad.  I wish I could find that scene from the movie, though.  The character Pekar is walking across a bridge at dusk or so and pondering his loneliness.

But beyond that the character of Toby Radloff is pretty good and I can't find the exact scene from that, either, but this contains part of it.  I don't know why they cut out the one part that is most relevant (right before the time-link below).  I think the first you hear of Radloff's actual voice he says "loneliness can feel so bad."  It is almost child-like in its delivery.  He talks about how when he was growing up he would just sit in his room where he lived with his grandmother (that kind of situation already speaks of some sort of trauma as a kid) with his books until he got a computer.

I guess persistence pays off. I finally found the clip I was referring to with Toby. It starts hereaobouts:
