I just keep getting the same vibe that I get from low-budget hollywood movies that depict anything military - there are just little things that look "off" for example:
This girl is wearing sandals. In which army is that acceptable under the uniform regulations? Also note the quality of the photo - the depth of field is set so that the background if blurry and the girl "pops" out of frame. This wasn't taken on a cell phone. Of course, that doesn't mean it's marketing material. But it does mean this isn't a "candid shot" where she hands her phone to a friend and snaps a quick pic.
In this one, the girls are wearing different clothes. The one on the left has a shirt pocket on the left and pockets on her pants. The pockets have flaps that fold over. The one on the right has only a single shirt pocket, and it has no flap. She has no pants pockets. So, which one of those is standard issue in the IDF?
