Depends on how easy the procedure is tbh, the country also matters too. If CRISPR technology is economical then CRISPR would be very affordable (in non US states most likely), but then you would have a lot more people getting CRISPR most likely.

But most of the damage done to incels is mutli-loci, and developmental, meaning gene editing won't be able to fix it. You can't just edit a few genes to make your chin grow forward, because it involves hundreds of genes during a specific window of development.
CRISPR is for people with simple single gene genetic diseases (cystic fibrosis) or for engineering of fetus of the super rich to produce gattaca tier super humans.

You can still change your facial appearance through gene editing. Even if you aren't still developing, your bones are still going through a constant remodeling at a slower rate than if you were still developing. The phenotypical changes would show, it just would take some time for the bones to remodel according to your new genetics.

How the fuck could CRISPR modify your entire genome? The human body has at least 37 trillion cells. To levy any considerable change to the entire body, or even some significant part of the body, you would need to modify the DNA of each cell perfectly, otherwise you'll end up with a cancerous outgrowth of malignantly manipulated cells. CRISPR is only good for manipulating single cells which can reproduce reliably, like immune cells or white blood cells. There's no way CRISPR could unilaterally affect every single cell in the body, either the doctor would need to inject CRISPR proteins into your body 37 trillion times, or let loose some virus that someone manages to hit every single cell.
That's simply impossible short of selecting an egg or a zygote to edit and make an edited adult that way, however I'll entertain that it is possible.
