I’ve heard of some people roping from biting their wrists, wild stuff. But you have to bite pretty deep, and it would more than likely take multiple bites. Still beats smashing your skull against a wall or choking on your own blood after ripping your tongue off, or swallowing an object. But you’d have to do what you have to do in a suicide proof cell.
