In this scenario, you do manage to find a girlfriend but she is deemed ugly or too overweight by the general public.

Would you hide her away or would you want a sort of "Look at me and my gf" relationship.

I don't give a fuck what the general public thinks if I'm happy and getting laid. I'd be lucky to have someone who would go out in public with me and my deformed face and skeletal body. but if *I* didn't find her attractive then I don't know. I don't think I'd be embarrassed, I just wouldn't want to be in a relationship with her, just have her for sex.
